Between laundry/school lunches/dance recitals and trying to find matching socks in a sea of chaos, it's easy/sometimes impossible/a constant struggle to keep up. But amidst all the organized//utter chaos, there's one thing that keeps us going: coffee. That magical beverage/drink/potion that makes everything a little more bearable/tolerable/slightly less stressful. Seriously, coffee is our lifeblood.

You're on your own, adventurer, and the only lesson plan is trial and experimentation.

We've all been there. Your stomach is growling louder than a bear in a national park/the wilderness/my living room, and you're feeling more cranky/irritable/grumpy flaming mom shirt than usual. Then, bam! You snap at someone over something completely meaningless.

Later on/Down the road/Eventually, when your blood sugar levels have stabilized/returned to normal/are no longer making me crazy, you realize just how out of line/unreasonable/mean your behavior was. It's a good thing/Luckily/Thankfully, there are ways to avoid letting hangry take over.

And if you find yourself getting angry/frustrated/irritated, take a few deep breaths and try to calm down/relax/chill out before saying anything you might regret.

It takes time to learn to manage hangry, but it's definitely worth it. After all, no one wants to be the person who ruins a perfectly good day/causes drama/becomes known as "hangry".
